Four Rooms Apartment Central

We had an awful experience there. There were two keys at lock box, one for the front door of the building and the other one for the apartment door. The front door key broke in two and we called the owner the first night in, he only said try the citofones and I'll be there tomorrow to fix the problem. Not one citofone responded and we remained outside for like 2 hours until one of the neighbors finally showed up to enter the house (from 10-12 in night). Being tourists ofc we wanted to go out but couldn't cause we had no way in. Next day he never showed up and we were never given a spare key. He had closed his phone and wouldn't answer the calls, after calling booking.com he finally responded at 6pm from another phone number saying that it would get fixed in the next 2 hours. Again he did nothing to fix it and when we came back home at 11pm no key was to be found and noone would answer the citophone. We tried reaching out again to the owner and again no answer and no solutions provided. After retrying with booking.com at around 1 o clock at night the owner said I'm getting an UBER and I'm coming. 2 other hours just waiting there in the cold. When he came, he didn't have a key so he just decided to break the door of the building down and removed the lock in order to not be closed again. All in all, DON'T STAY HERE. There were only 2 rooms and 1 place of like 6 m2 with 1 double bed to sleep, barely possible to sleep. The air conditioner didn't work and there were no keys on either of the rooms or bathroom. The kitchen was not functional and it was not clean ( let's leave this with that ) No help from the owner, awful building with no lights in the stairs, only good thing it was about 10 mins away from Old Town by feet.

Good location. The apartment has two isolated rooms, which are in good condition. There are three balconies. Two amenities. The layout of the apartment is good and can accommodate up to 8 people. The owner is responsive, helpful.

In the morning, many cars pass by the windows, so it is noisy and it is difficult to sleep. The beds in the isolated rooms are double, it was not possible to separate them. The apartment was left very dirty - the floor and table were sticky. Mirror with prints. The walls are drawn. Grease was left on the dishes. Too few towels. If you are traveling, you need to take your own additional towels.

The apartment is in a very central location. To start with the positives, the host is very responsive, both with the check-in information message and when I called him to bring us extra blankets/quilts because they were not provided for 8 people as mentioned. In addition, with one air conditioner, the apartment cannot be heated at the beginning of November, when you have 3 children and he came to turn on the local heating in the apartment late in the evening. The beds are comfortable. You can find free parking around the apartment.

There is no electricity on the stairs to move normally to the entrance of the apartment somehow this is unacceptable in the 21st century. The furniture and utility rooms are quite old and neglected. The joinery throughout the apartment is very old The couch in the living room is frayed leather and super beat up. All the balconies are dirty and there are unnecessary things left there. If the host does not take measures to update all the negative points it will be quite bad. In summary, the price is quite high for what is offered.

Large bright appartment in a soviet style building on Saint Street. Very central to a number of attractions. Featuring three walkout balconies, three bedrooms (or four if you count the living area). During our stay it went from almost 30c to 5c, having both aC and wet central heating was a must.

One bathroom. That being said there were two toilets to use.
