Avoid at all costs. The host never answers the phone acting juvenile ...... By 11.30 they should have sent the full details for check in .....it didn't happen. They replied 4 hours later again with some juvenile explanations. I did a chargeback and had to find another place to stay. Dreadful experience

the flat was not clean at all before our arrival, not even broomed. there was dust and dirt everywhere, on the floors, surfaces, walls, etc. the bathroom is full of black mold and the shower is leaking continuosly (and not a little). the bathroom furniture is broken as well. there are no face towels, just 2 shower ones, but one of them was ripped. the duvet provided was a single size duvet and was full of stains as well. since we were 2 people in November and there was no way to control the temperature in the room, we ended up covering ourselves with our own clothes and scarfs. we were not able to rest at all due to the cold and the bed itself, as you can feel all the springs in the mattress. there is food dried up on the ustensils in the cupboards. the fridge is way smaller than the pictures suggest and it had a receipt inside from a previous stay 2 weeks ago. the cleaning supplies are locked in a cupboard, so we couldn't even clean a bit ourselves. the host has not replied to our whatsapp messages, phone calls or on booking.com messaging platform. next morning we reached out to booking.com for help as we could not stay there any longer. after spending more than 6 hours out of our holiday time on calls and meesages with booking.com, the only solution we were offered was to wait for the host to approve the early check out in a hope they can action a refund for the remaining 2 nights (out of 3 in total). they mentioned they will give the host 48h to reply, so basically our only option was to remain in this disgusting flat for the entire stay. this was not acceptable! so while booking.com was chasing the host from their side, we booked ourselves another accommodation so we can wash and rest and actually be able to enjoy our plans in the city. we are still waiting for a resolution as currently we are paying for both accommodations for the same nights and booking.

Istruzioni non chiare per il check-in, abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni ai vicini. Appartamento poco pulito: vasca sporchissima, utensili da cucina non lavati, peli e capelli nel letto. Pessima esperienza.

Garsoniera e bine compartimentată, ai strictul necesar iar locația este destul de bună. Un raport preț calitate bun.

Fiind un bloc vechi mobilierul e destul de ponosit, baia și bucătăria fiind în aceeași notă.
