"Gute Lage – Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Erwartungen"

Die Lage des Universitate Heart View ist gut. Die Ansprechpartnerin antwortet innerhalb der Booking.com App schnell auf Anfragen.

Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Deko-Kissen und Überdecken waren verschmutzt, die Stehlampe im Wohnbereich funktionierte nicht. Das Warmwasser wurde nur mäßig warm und man musste es lange laufen lassen. Der Boden im Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad ist beschädigt und wirkt beim Gehen instabil. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft laut. Besonders unangenehm war der Zustand des Hauseingangs: Der Eingangsbereich ist heruntergekommen und während des Aufenthalts hielten sich dort Obdachlose auf. Die Unterkunft entsprach hinsichtlich Zustand und Komfort nicht den Bildern und den Erwartungen.

La ubicacion.

El edificio era muy viejo ( aunque el apartamento estaba bien acondicionado). No tenia lujos, pero para lo que queriamos, estaba fenomenal.

"Ideal para tu estadía en bucarest"

La ubicación está en pleno centro cerca de todo, se camina muy fácil a todo, el apartamento es amplio y tiene de todo me encantó q hasta tenía plancha de ropa y la lavadora. Muy bien equipada y la vista es muy linda.

Locatie centrala,aproape de centrul vechi

In holul din fata baii era o gaura parchetul lasat si deteriorat,mi-am luxat piciorul cind am mers la baie.
