Very spacious, sunlight comes in, comfortable bed, location is very central and close to many highlights by foot.

The instructions were very clear and the host was accessible which is very handy particularly when you arrive late at the destination. The host was very friendly too, she gave me information on transport and food shopping late at night but she left me the basics so i really needed to worry

The apartment is right in the center of Bucharest. Facilities are quite simple but enough for short stays, and the whole apartment is newly constructed and elegantly decorated. Very comfortable to stay if the city tour is too boring for anyone to be outside. It was also spotless clean.

- Booking setting: When all the properties are listed as "tax and extra charges are included", this property has different conditions that extra charges are excluded on the promotional price. It was our mistake not to have further checks before booking, but if I see such setting in the future listing, I would have much less preferences of taking such property. Now here is the point making my rating lower: - Communication with the hostess: Before checkin, she proactively asked us how and when we would arrive the apartment. On Friday, we asked if there is specific checkout time since we would like to ask for late checkout, she replied she will check the schedule and let us know. Saturday, she asked when we would like to checkout. (?) After claiming the fact that we were waiting for her reply since late checkout was asked the day before, she said she will keep in mind and check if there will be any guests coming on Sunday. Also asked us to send her a message on Sunday morning as a reminder. So we did. Sunday morning, 2 messages, no replies. Until we asked her the third time and she replied that standard checkout time is at 11am, as if we never asked late checkout before. I worked in hospitality industry before and I can say this property got loss on personal touch. If it's a rule that should be sticked with, a hard No won't hurt. What hurts guests is when our questions were not answered and left ignored. It's a pity that such property is managed with such unmatched hospitality.
