Es un poco antiguo y falta algún enchufe pero no fue ningún problema

The accommodation was located in the city center. Very close by were a direct bus to and from the airport (4 minutes on foot), the metro (4 minutes on foot), a 24/7 grocery store (2 minutes), and KFC and McDonald’s (4 minutes). The building had an elevator, although it was very old. The instructions for the automatic check-in were clear and simple, and the owners were kind and accommodating, communicating with us via WhatsApp. We had no problem with wifi during the stay.

The accommodation felt very bare and old. The furniture, such as the sofa and armchair, really needed to be replaced. There were too few closets for storing things, especially in the bedrooms. Everything felt cold. When we arrived, the heating wasn’t working, but we managed to get it running remotely together with the owner. The smell in the kitchen, which guests had reportedly been complaining about since February, was something I ended up fixing myself by simply creating a siphon under the sink. The kitchen has a large fridge, but it feels quite unwelcoming, so we preferred eating out. The beds are suitable for 4 people. The sofa for a fifth or sixth person is old and very uncomfortable. But for the price, it was okay.

Buena ubicación y comunicación. Eramos 6 amigos y solo había camas dobles, pero bueno.

Debe mejorar. La calefacción no funcionada, no tenía cortina la bañera del baño y algún detalle más.

Amplasare centrala, raport calitate/pret ok. Accesul relativ usor in apartament, cam ciudat liftul. Apartamentul in mare e ok, desi se mai puteau face niste remedieri, daca nu esti prea pretentios pentru una-doua nopti ca sa fii aproape de centrul vechi e foarte bine.

Miros de lemn vechi (probabil), se simte si daca aerisesti. Parchetul scartaie, usile se inchid mai greu. Baie renovata minimal.

-Great and straight forward communication; -Perfect location in the City Centre; -Very accommodating owners with the bedding requests and the small late check out.

-Overall an old place with the sofa and the armchairs in the living room really worn out; -When we arrived a really bad smell was everywhere, perhaps an issue with the sewerage; -Except the towels, hand liquid soap, salt, sugar and some spices, nothing was provided. Not that they have to, but most of the rentals nowadays offer many amenities such as coffee, water, cooking oil, shampoo, etc. It really cost a few pennies for the owners but makes a great difference for the guests. -Heating wasn't actually working very well either.

Good location, spacious, two bedroomed, clean and comfortable
