Fata de ultima vizită, locația pare mai degradata. Pereții din camera erau deteriorați, plapuma și perna erau "cam galbene" Ustensilele din bucătărie sunt aruncate vrac într-un sertar ( lipsa desfăcător de vinuri ) Surpriza a fost în baie: unde a apărut și un mic gândăcel, iar săpunul era pe terminate. Cred că se poate face mai mult, cu un pic de implicare.

Le bruit. Travaux en dessous de l’appartement, pas de piles fonctionnel dans les télécommande, matelas, pas confortable. Parking, impossible de se garer ???? Et surtout, apparemment très difficile à trouver.

The location is great, very close to both downtown and the bus station. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay.

However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The sheets did not appear to be clean, and the bed sheet seemed to have simply been turned over rather than changed. There were no basic supplies provided, such as garbage bags, dish soap, or paper towels. The number of bath towels was also insufficient for a longer stay, and there were no extra clean towels available in the closet. The towels were not replaced during the stay either. For guests staying more than a few days, these are basic necessities that should be provided. In addition, neither the air conditioning nor the heating seemed to work properly, or at least I was unable to adjust the temperature in the apartment. If the temperature was being controlled centrally to reduce energy costs, guests should still have the ability to regulate it according to their comfort and needs. Overall, the location and host were positives, but the lack of cleanliness, basic supplies, and temperature control made the stay less comfortable than expected.
