Central Apartments with City View & Large Balcony

The situation was very good. Close to everything you need. The neighbourhood is quiet, the furniture is new. Very nice building.

There is a big difference between the pictures and reality. The rooms are not so wide as they look on the website. The Delux apartment looked awfully. There was a strong smell of cigarettes, which didn't go away during the whole stay. Not suitable for own cooking and having meals at home, because of a lack of china, cooking utensils and cutlery. The TV sets were missing in both apartments we rented. The apartments are suitable for NOT for more than three people each. The places were not so well cleaned. No parking spots. A big CON is that the reservations are NOT refundable. You pay in advance without having the chance to react, if something occurs. In the end, the owners should reconsider their offers and prices, for the conditions they provide.

Great location, modern furniture

Not very clean (messy toilet, messy bathroom, a lot of dust on the closet, dirty sofa). Very little utilities in the kitchen. Pans for cooking were destroyed or with Teflon layer peeling off in the food. Just one hanger.

Good neighborhood, big size balcony, deco is very nice, bed is comfy, clean building, elevator access.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean when we arrived - we found mud on the floor, the coffee machine does not work properly, the door of the dishwasher is broken and it cannot be used, the bathtub was not cleaned properly, the toilet seat was broken and not cleaned properly, the bin beside it was not even touched or behind it. The pillows smell funny and there was another one in another cupboard that had not been cleaned for years. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, as was the one in the hallway where the cupboard is. The TV has been damaged and at times, there is no image coming up. Next to the cooking hob there was some food left. The kitchen cupboards were dirty inside and out. The TV has been damaged in the past and at times, no image is coming up or it's blurred. The TV in the bedroom is not working, no TV cable and it's not connected to internet so you can access Netflix, etc. The washing machine has been used incorrectly and I had to clean it before using it. The toilet paper - I think somebody counted every "square", nothing extra left and those were rolls used by somebody else. No new roll(s) left for us. The toilet has no mark that it's been disinfected and no toilet gel left in case we wanted to clean it; we had to buy some supplies to make the place a bit more clean for us to use. There is free parking on the street only, but if you want to park next to the building you will have to wait as the area is busy. The price of parking was not updated on the website and I was told that the notice could not be updated daily; well, not the most professional answer but I'm not going to teach anyone how to do their job. The real price is 7 lei/hour (+/-2€/hour) for the outside parking and 5 lei (+1.10€/hour) for the underground. It's a shame - it's a very nice apartment, well located for small grocery shopping and great areas around the neighbourhood, but it needs to be well cleaned and maintained.

The location was great along with the facilities provided at the rental , especially the internet speed . It has quickly become a choice for future stays .

The apartment has a fairly modern renovation

Let me start by saying that I checked in at the designated time to find the apartment uncleaned after the previous guests. The subsequent resolution of the cleaning issue caused inconvenience to me and my family. The management company lacks information about the apartment; even the Wi-Fi password they initially provided was incorrect. There are no amenities for guests—not even a bottle of water or coffee capsules. The bed linen has stains of unknown origin. Keep in mind that the sofa does not fold out, and the third and fourth guests will have to sleep on an air mattress. Even the name 'Central Apartments with City View' is misleading—it takes at least half an hour to walk to the actual city center, and the view from the balcony is just a wall and an intersection.

Everything was amazing! For sure I will book again when in Bucharest. I’ve asked for a late check-out and they made it possible. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable
