Christie's central apartment

I received prompt, friendly & helpful communication; they kindly arranged late check-out for me without additional charge. Kitchen is sufficiently well-equipped for short-term stays (although frustrating that moka pot won't sit on top of stove burner - could you provide a heat-diffusing mat or larger pot?). The apartment is spacious, easily reached from the main train station and in a good location to access the old town.

Lack of attention to detail in check-in instructions delayed access to the building - although response to issues raised was speedy and friendly. Unplugged and mouldering old fridge in kitchen area was pretty grim; shower area needs a deep clean; yellowing sellotape around shower-room window. Low quality bed linens made sleeping on very comfortable mattress less pleasant than it could have been. Found furnishing quite odd - no bedside tables or lights (there is a narrow shelf above the headboard) and no (working..) refrigerator in kitchen. Masses of storage (lots of wall-mounted flat-pack cupboards in every room, enormous fridge/freezer at focal point facing settee in living room) that wouldn't be required by short-term occupants in a two-bedded apartment. Making a vast generalisation, the decor, enormous screen tvs and overall feel gave the impression of a (former) bachelor pad!

The apartment is cold. There is no heater

The location was great, short walk to the old town. Apartment was accurately depicted in the pictures. Warm flat, nice big bed. Well equipped.

The building entrance was a bit difficult to find after getting out of the taxi. I think it would be really helpful to have a photo of the outside of the property and the entrance when checking into the property. Towels are quite small but other than that no major complaints.
