W obiekcie było wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Ciepła woda, zapas papieru, ręczniki, żelazko, sprawna klimatyzacja. Czysto, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, super bezkontaktowe zakwaterowanie.

Ogólnie jakość w stosunku do ceny była w porządku. Natomiast warto rozważyć w przyszłości zestaw kosmetyków w łazience, byłoby to bardzo fajne udogodnienie. Klatka schodowa i sam budynek wywołuje trochę dreszcze na plecach, ale sam apartament bardzo fajny.

πολύ καθαρό, σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία με καλό δίκτυο συγκοινωνιών, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε πολύ άμεσα, μπορεί να είναι μικρό αλλά είχε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε (π.χ. πιστολάκι για μαλλιά)

θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο περισσότερο εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα αλλά δεν έχω κάτι άλλο να παρατηρήσω.... πραγματικά ο οικοδεσπότης δίνει τον καλύτερό του εαυτό!

Very central location, spacious apartment.

The building condition is a bit scary, although inside the apartment is nice.

Unfortunately, our stay at Patria Studio was disappointing. On the second day, we noticed cockroaches in the apartment – in both the kitchen and the bathroom. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly indicates a serious hygiene issue. The host was clearly aware of the problem, as cockroach traps were already placed in the kitchen, yet we were not informed about this before our arrival. Instead of taking responsibility, the host tried to blame us, saying that we only reported the issue the day before check-out and that we “left crumbs,” which was simply ridiculous. Honestly, no one should have to deal with the sight of a cockroach while brushing their teeth in the morning. I do not recommend this property and strongly advise caution – both due to the conditions and the attitude of the host, who showed no sense of responsibility for the issue. I’ve decided not to attach photos, as they’re quite unpleasant to look at – I believe the description is enough to understand the situation. In response to the owner’s comment: Publicly accusing and attempting to discredit a guest is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the host. All our communication is documented and can be verified. We were under no obligation to report the cockroach issue immediately upon noticing it. A responsible and fair host should acknowledge the problem and offer compensation — especially since we had to stop using the kitchen and had to wash all our belongings upon returning home. As for the traps: their presence confirms you were aware of the issue yet failed to inform guests in advance. Calling them “standard and preventive” doesn’t change the fact that we encountered live cockroaches during our stay. To suggest our complaint was dishonest or manipulative is completely false and disappointing. Reporting this kind of problem to Booking.com is entirely justified, as is warning future guests about how the host handles serious hygiene issues. Denial and blame are not solutions.I stand by my review

The apartment itself is nice and well equipped with everything you might need, the bed is comfortable and the host is very helpful and responsive. The property is located at walking distance from key attractions and is well connected to the airport

The building is in really bad conditions, which of course is not the host's fault (he has been honest about it, showing the pictures in the property description).

During the night, conditioner stops and became little cold.
