Stone Gate Apartment #2

The apartment is in a good area, everything is nearby. Public transport is well developed. The apartment is clean, there is everything you need. We felt like home. Very nice, we will definitely come back. I recommend it to everyone.

It was in the best area of the city. Close to the mall and all the restaurants. The place is nice, close to the metro and big enough 4 people to stays comfortably. It was clean, warm and very quiet. The host was really helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone who visits the city for a first time as it is in one of the best neighborhoods and it is close to all the 24/7 shops and pharmacies.

There was strange situation with the parking in this region of the city and for the people with bigger cars was almost impossible to park close to the place, there were no private parking places and nowhere to leave your car except on the pavement where it says it is not allowed to park but still the locals do it. There was no dedicated space to leave your car, so you have to hope that there will be a place somewhere and hope nobody thinks it is their space and do smth to your car.

A place where you can be very free and peaceful.

The host was very friendly and helpful, making sure that we are waited. He responded promptly to all our requests and questions. Following his instructions we entered the apartment smoothly. Apartment was clean. We found a free parking spot just in front of the building.

The water was cold, we were expected to wait for water to run for 10 minutes in order to have a barely warm shower. The door in the bathroom is not locking. The the mattresses were uncomfortable and felt very old. In the second room there was no air conditioning and it was hot.

We had an excellent time during our 4 days stay. The location looks exactly like in the pictures, it was clean, comfortable and spacios for a 2 rooms apartment. The owner was very friendly and eager to help with any questions we had. The metro station is at a minute away, and also we had very easy acces to the market and shops. Last but not least, the neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and the main big park (Parcul Drumul Taberei) is at 15 minutes away from the location.

Perfect location for our needs, right on a Metro station, enough shops and places to eat in the area. We had everything we needed for our stay. Easy checkin/checkout. BEST host ever!

The area is a bit problematic for parking if you are with a car, but it is actually a common issue for the whole town, be patient
