Global Downtown Apartments - Universitate - Balcescu

The house was full of cockroaches. In two nights I stayed there I killed 6 (inside the flat) and the hallway of the building was full of them too! In addition, the bedding sheets had holes on the side, the mattress was awful and only had a topper on top to make it more comfortable, the handle of the wardrobe was broken. Overall a terrible experience...

Good location, close to the old town and main spots in the city.

The apartment was not very clean, there was strange odour inside and what's more there were cocroaches!! We had to stay there only for two nights, otherwise we would be searching for other room elsewhere. I can accept that sometimes not everything is perfect, but this is definitely too much and shouldn't be happening.

Great location,big room,good communication with the owner.

Average bathroom,no smart TV and the most important: the day of our check out, 6-7 minutes before checkout checkout time the cleaning lady started knocking on the door. We were not completely ready so we asked for 5 minutes. She didn't speak any English and somehow we communicated. But we were making sure that we didn't forget anything and at 11:00 , when the checkout time was, she kept banging and the door. We asked for 2-3 more minutes to get everything ready but she started talking on her language and by her movements she tried to shove us out. When we were out of the apartment she banged the door on our face and locked it. That ruined our whole stay

Perfect Localisation !! Just down stairs you have "Luca" with breakfast and coffee , cheap. Bus 100 from the airport stops not far. Old town walking around 10-15min. Good wifi. Comfort 24h check in!! I recommend this place!

Little old place. But nothing important.
