How clean it was and how the host has planned ahead and provided supplies like toothbrushes in the bathroom, paper towels and coffee in the kitchen. A small effort, but big inviting impact. Thanks you!

The air conditioner was small and barely kept the room cold enough, it was 38 degrees Celsius outside. The hot water in the shower was slow, had to wait some time for it and shower with cold water until then. Not a big issue for the hot summer though.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. It is located in a perfect proximity to the old town and the town centre. The owner is accommodating and takes your comfort as priority. There is air conditioning which is much needed midst summer.

It was too loud. The flat is positioned at a very busy junction, it was impossible to sleep.

It is a free public parking but not free parking on site.

The location is great and the room has everything you need. The staff is very kind.

Totally disappointed

I'm not usually the type to write reviews, but in this particular case, I felt it was necessary. I trusted the ratings and comments of others and booked a room for two nights. A day before my arrival, I tried to contact the host, but my calls were not answered. I left a message asking for the check-in instructions. Although my message was seen, I received no reply. I also messaged them through the booking app, but still got no response. On the day of check-in, just a few hours before my arrival, I repeatedly called but received no answer. Finally, despite the check-in time being stated as 3 PM, my call was answered at 8:30 PM, just when I had completely lost hope. A woman answered the phone who didn’t speak English. I asked a Romanian to speak with her and request that she immediately give me access to the room. She said someone would contact me within 30 minutes. At 9 PM, a man who was probably her son called me. Without any apology, he sent me the check-in instructions. I asked him to stay available in case there were any issues. To my surprise, the key was not in the designated location. I contacted him again and told him there was no key. He said he would tell his nephew, who was nearby, to contact me. After an additional 20 minutes of waiting, around 9:30 PM, another person called and gave me a different apartment in the same building — one that looked nothing like the photos. The apartment faced the street and was extremely noisy. There was nothing special about it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I will never return.

Great studio, clean and tidy , only 5-7 min away from Unirii Square where the metro and bus service for the airport are. Easy and convenient. Bear in mind that it can be a bit noisy as it faces a main boulevard so as long as you don't mind that, it's perfect.

Good location 20 min walking to city center, and near to the different transport ways, spacious and clean with all the facilities I will definitely stay again, plus it has a washing machine.

Central location with a lot of facilities, from toothbrushes & slippers to washing machine, coffee & tea in the kitchen. It was clean and spacious. However the lack of natural light was a deal breaker for us, hence we don't recommend this to anyone staying more than 1 night.

There's very little natural light coming thru the windows that are directly facing other walls of the building. This made our stay in the apartment quite unpleasant & undesirable. It felt like we were in a cave. Also there's an issue with the hot water, it's coming for like 30 seconds, then cold water for a while, then hot water again. The soundproofing is also lacking, you can easily hear the neighbors. There was a dog upstairs that always woke us up in the morning.
