"Вінтажна квартира біля старого міста"

Неймовірна красива квартира в вінтажному будинку біля старого міста. Ідеальне розсташування для тих, хто хотів прогулятися старим містом. Супер ввічливий привітний господар, дуже вам дякую. Відгукувався на всі наші прохання і питання. Зустрів особисто, хоча час прибуття у нас був не зовсім точний. Є кондиціонер, дуже чиста постільна білизна і рушники, посуд. Господар нам бонусом залишив пляшку -холодну воду, що також було дуже доречно в спеку.

Це не мінус, і не відповідальність господаря, але треба враховувати, що квартира знаходиться на високому поверсі без ліфта, людям з обмеженими можливостями буде важко. Паркінг є, але він платний і не дуже дешевий в найближчому супермаркеті. Кухня не повноцінна, а тільки кухонний куточок, без окремої мийки, то ж, посуд миється в ванній. Сама квартира - це частина великих (колись) апартаментів, то ж , можливо будуть сусіди в іншій частині апартаментів (інші двері, іншій ключ). Але це, як я вже зазначала, не мінуси, а просто треба брати до уваги. Нам було дуже зручно і комфортно в цій квартирі, дякуємо за все.

Closeness to the city

Central heating wasn’t working,it created a nightmare…,especially the first night when I couldn’t shower…, I had to sleep with an old air conditioner on…

Good location, easily accessible to public transportation. Good for solo travelers that'll spend all the time outside. Safety is good because they will give you a magnetic key to access the building. The place has less noise compare to others. Good value for money

The room is located in an old building that needs renovation. There's no elevator.

Old world glamor - large apartment - classic and everything worked Wi-Fi hot water fridge etc bed was comfy - the stairs were like a haunted house but I liked that too haha
