LAROKA HOUSE Cosy and modern apartment Universitate-City Centre

The apartment was awesome, the photos are originally. The location is central and the most important thing is that it's the cleanest apartment we've ever been. Bravo 👏

Very central and opposite of a supermarket. You can park in front of the house too. The appartment was modern Except the bathroom. It was very warm and comfy

The bathroom was old and smelled. The appartment is in an old building so the hallways looked run down and the elevator was Also so old that one time i got stuck in it and it didnt move until i Jumped up and down to make it move

The flat was really cosy, clean and nicely decorated. It was the ideal size for 3 ppl and the sofa was comfortable. We really loved the area, 15min walk from old town, so close to good coffee places and just across the street there was a supermarket, which was handy. The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely re-book the same flat when I am back to Bucharest!

The apartment was clean and well-equipped with the kitchen appliances and AC. The location is great as it is less than 10 minutes away from the nearest metro stations (Universitate and Piața Romană) and only a couple of minutes away from the Romanian Athenaeum and the restaurant street. There is a mini market across the street and even though the building is at a main street, you don't hear the traffic as the apartment is facing backyard. The host was very friendly and helpful, always available to quickly answer any questions via messages. We would definitely go there again.

It was in a good location for transport, walking to places. There was a supermarket across the road. The size of the apartment was good and comfortable, with a separate lounge/dining room. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was not good; there was a split in the bath (covered by a mat) and there was no plug for the bath and there were tiles missing. When I had a shower there was a smell of damp; I contacted the owner and let them know. He offered to come round. The bathroom needs sorting out. On my final morning there was no water and no warning that it was not going to be working. Again, I contacted the owner and let them know how disappointing this was.

The home was perfect, very clean, good position and it had all the comforts we needed. The owner has been very kind with us, even if we were late in the check-out and were not reachable to communicate. I would like to thank her for her patience. However, I would advise this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Bucarest and be close to the center.

Well equipped apartment n city centre. Spacy and very clean! Washing machine included. Perfect lessor!
