400 euro security deposit. Host accused me of braking something that we didn’t brake and requested extra payment through revolut

The host was very kind and helpful and the place was clean and had everything we needed.

The 400€ deposit is a bit too much as it was twice the price we paid for our stay.

The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location was good, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming!

The best choice, Very easy communication with the owner. The apartment was on walking distance from subway (1 kilometar) . We were in December they are heated with gas and it was very warm. There is a parking place.

In my opinion the damage deposit should be reduced to 200 euros so that no one refuses to rent the apartment and misses out on a good stay. It is refund when you leave.

They asked for deposit Be aware of that That was a biggest minus! Didn’t look at the location. It was not a nice one 15 min walk till the closest bus stop

Two weeks in the apartments of Laurentiu have passed fast, unfortunately, as it was very comfortably and cozy staying there. The area around is quiet - birds sing in the morning)). We also had a huge balcony with an exit on two sides - a pleasant bonus! The apartments are spacious for 4-5 people. All necessary equipment and kitchen utensils are available. The owners were observed very responsive, friendly. Some minor domestic issue was fixed promptly with their assistance. Accessibility - about 10 minutes walk to the river side and the presence of various food supermarkets nearby - could not but rejoice. For those who value silence and the opportunity to spend time comfortably and pleasantly with loved ones, we highly recommend these apartments.
