Floreasca Apartment Bach

Very good location and overall you can find everything you need in this apartment. If I have to be back in that part of Bucharest, probably I will be fine staying here again.

The apartment needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance. For example some switches and lights are not working at all.

Location was the only thing that I liked about this place

Where to start? - This is on the last floor of an old building. There is NO elevator, so you if you have luggage, good luck with that! - There was no tumbler dryer, we were expecting it based on the facilities list. - The parking is public and free, but it's on a few one-way streets around the block, we had to take a few turns to find a spot, which was quite far away and we had a lot of luggage. - The heating went off during the night, it is a central heated BUILDING (not apartment) and it is known to be a disadvantage in Romania. - The place wasn't as clean as we'd expected it to be. There were things left in the fridge (opened bottles), there were no clean house slippers (only very disgusting ones) and there was dust on all edges of the windows. - The bad was not comfy at all, it is a spring bed, only one night there and it was already a bad experience. - The host is not that responsive for this issue. I've left early (booking confirmed I should do it). And initially the host said they will only return ONE night fee, and they said it's because they have lost days and money for this. They've said they've lost a full day (before my arrival) to clean, which honestly shouldn't be the case, especially because I've had a late checkin (9:30PM). - All in all I have really disliked this stay, and I am still trying to get my refund, but it looks like the host is unresponsive again. One more thing to note: Neighbours are smoking right in front of your door where there's no ventilation. Most of the time we've had smoke coming into the apartment.
