We had a nice stay at this apartment! The location is great, close to shops and the metro. The facilities exceeded my expectations, and the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient experience.

Overall, the apartment appeared clean at first glance, but some areas could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly impact the overall positive experience of our stay.

"Stale sheets broke the charm"

- nice modern apartment, new building; - all the facilities one might need for a one night stand

- the sheets for the double bed weren't fresh (someone's hair, strange odours etc.). One of the pillows had a very distinct scent of women's perfume. We had to put our own sheets on top of the bed in order to have some sleep; - a strange stain on the floor in the corridor that wasn't fully cleaned; - the street is quite noisy even in the night; - it was really hard to find a parking spot. Good luck to find one in the late evening as all the spots are occupied by the locals.
