Les services supplémentaires proposés par l’établissement (navette aéroport), savon, essuies, papier toilette prévu dans l’appartement. La décoration moderne de la chambre.

La propreté laissait à désirer. Le sol n’était pas propre, il y avait des taches collantes, de la poussière, la vaisselle dans le placard était sale. Et les draps du divan-lit qui se trouvaient à l’intérieur étaient remplis de miettes, poussière et de poils/cheveux.. il manquait un drap housse pour le divan-lit
