La posizione è ottima, l’appartamento ben strutturato e comodo nelle dimensioni. Presente anche una cucina con l’essenziale, molto utile. Due ascensori permettono di accedere facilmente alle stanze. Per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, il giorno dell’arrivo l’ambiente era un po’ freddo, ma nei giorni successivi la temperatura è stata perfetta.

L’accesso alle stanze non è molto curato: un po’ impolverato, con un aspetto trascurato. Anche la pulizia generale potrebbe essere migliorata, abbiamo trovato alcune superfici impolverate.
