- the apartament is spacious and clean - kitchen is in a separate room and has a cooker and a microwave oven - the bus stop is very close and the bus gets you to other main transport hubs where you can get a line to any part of the city - gas station nearby with shop open 24/7, Penny supermarket nearby Useful tip: Put "Lukoil Luica" in you navigation app, which is the gas station right in front of the building, as for some reason both Google Maps and Waze seem to have issues corectly finding Strada Reșița no.1

Most of these may not be the fault of the host and may be temporary, but they are important to know in advance : - there is NO dedicated PARKING, and technincally they say you can park în the free public parking on the street ... in 4 days I have not seen a single free parking space there once. Everything is full in the whole area, at all times, full at 23.00 and also full at 07.00 în the morning. It is not just that the "official" parking spaces are all occupied, but also any tiny space where a car might possibly fit already had a car on it. I managed by pure luck after over 1 hour of searching to find 1 parking space 10 minutes away from the building, în a paid parking lot (you can pay with your phone), and left my car parked there to the end of my vacantion. When we had talked on booking.com chat the host had sent a link with "parking instructions" but the link was inactive. They told me it will turn active on the first day of the actual booking but it never did. When I found no parking space there I spoke on the phone with the host and they tried to be helpful but were generally not interested in the problem. They did not believe me that there was no parking spot (allthough I later saw on the following days there NEVER is a free parking spot in that area) and kept telling me I could park în the supermarket's parking nearby or the gas station's parking nearby. That is of course illegal and not allowed by the guards there. The host kept saying it was not his problem and that I should cancel the booking if I felt like it ... as if after an 8-hour drive I was about to start hunting for another acommodation at 9pm in the evening. They were not rude, they just did not care very much. It felt that I was bothering him with my calls, even though it was the phone provided on the website not some private phone number. - during my stay, there was no heating and no warm water in the shower.

The Host is so supportive, great location

Needs a little renovation for more comfortable living, but it is ok for short time stay
