"Good value when construction is finished."

Great location, spacious, well appointed.

Dark stairs at night, lights weren’t working. Construction going on right underneath, very loud noise of concrete drilling and banging all day long, starting in the morning. Flimsy shower head that won’t stay put, wobbly toilet seat, typical for most Romanian bathrooms

The apartment could use a little repairing: lights, power outlets. It looks a little worn. The internect connection was almost non existent. Spent most of my time using personal hotspot.
