Everything was perfect

Some facilities in the kitchen need calibration, but it’s just details :-) The sound from the elevator is loud indeed, but this has nothing to do with the apartment owners.

The apartment was lovely with all the amenities we needed. It's in a great central location, which is close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and is a short walk away from the old town. Camelia was a brilliant host, gave clear arrival instructions for self check-in and was very responsive to questions before and throughout our stay.

The only small challenge we had was with the curtains not blocking out the light in the bedrooms - the curtain rails don't quite reach the edge of the wall due to pipes/air conditioning unit and blackout curtains may have helped, but as a result we did have a few early mornings as the sun rose. You can also hear quite a lot of noise from the main road outside - but that's to be expected when you would like a centrally located apartment!

Lovely flat which was perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated and very well laid out, we loved it the second we got there. It really is as nice as the pictures. Great having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect for a couple breakfasts etc. Lift worked fine. It is a little tight but is quick. Instructions to find the apartment are good- using the photos etc. Has WiFi. Exceptionally clean. We used it as a base for all touristy things. Felt sad leaving. Would recommend staying in this place.

Noise of the operation of the lift was audible. However, I wear earplugs when away, and I slept very soundly so this isn’t a severe issue unless you are very very sensitive to noise.

Lovely apartment! Super easy to get to from the airport and very clear instructions given by the host. Plenty of space in the apartment with lovely balcony and 2 bathrooms. Everything was provided including extra towels, toilet roll and extra pillows. When we had an issue with the boiler, Camelia responded straight away with instructions which were super helpful and sorted the problem. The apartment is in a great location with a supermarket round the corner and walking distance to many attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The lift shaft was a little scary. Very small only fits 2 people and as we were on the top floor you could see the cables going into the ceiling.

Very poorly managed and if something breaks down forget it We lost the hot water and had to finally repair it ourselves.
