Position, close to city center. Dining room with wide windows facing part of the city from 7th floor. Good apartment size, with comfortable beds

Insufficient cleanliness (sofa for additional bed was dirty, with big stains). Lack of regular maintenance (missing curtains from windows, damaged shower, issues with roller shutter)

Top location! Do not take in mind the smell of urine on the main door. When you enter the apartment you will be welcomed by a fresh smell, light rooms and clean floors.

The kitchen is useless, and the coffee machine is only for schwarz kaffe, but you don't need to use it actually. You have everything that you need near the apartment.

The lift and staircase

The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walking distance. The metro station in front of the building. The apartment is well equipped. Underground parking 50 lei/per day on 2 minutes.

The sofa in the apartment was not suitable for sleep. There is a little bit noise from the main boulevard.

The place is in poor shape, spider webs everywhere, dust, smelly towels, broken toilet flusher, terrible sewage smell in the bathroom, mildewed shower tiles… I think they only change the sheets and throw out the garbage, nothing felt clean in there. Even curtains were hanged improperly.:(
