Plusem lokalu jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Minus za czystość oraz w przypadku pobytu dla 5 osób brak wystarczającej ilości zastawy stołowej. W łazience nie było żadnej półki na kosmetyki.

Doskonała lokalizacja 5 minut spacerem od głównych atrakcji Bydgoszczy. O dziwo nie było problemu z parkowaniem w okolicy (parking uliczny płatny pon-pt 8-17, poza tym za darmo). W budynku znajduje się 16 mieszkań na wynajem na 3 kondygnacjach (bez windy). Mieszkanie ładnie zaprojektowane, cicho, dobre zasłony/rolety w oknach. Wejście przy pomocy kodu.

Naczynia w kuchni lepiły się lekko, wiem że każdy powinien je myć po sobie, ale dobrze by było gdyby serwis sprzątający to sprawdzał. Znajomi mieli 1 poszewkę na 2 poduszki.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja - blisko na piechotę do atrakcji turystycznych. I bez zarzutu kontakt z wynajmującym. Jeśli szukasz czegoś na krótki pobyt i z podstawowymi ;) ,,wygodami" to wystarczy.

Brak informacji o dostępie do Wifi. Duże łóżko mocno wyrobione, przydała by się wymiana materaca.
