Kamienica piekna. Okolica również. Plus ze jest balkon

Porządek, a raczej jego brak. Po przyjeździe musiałam sobie posprzątać i przewietrzyć mieszkanie. Powiesiłam również reczniki które ktoś zostawił w pralce. Co do kaucji to uważam ze powinna być pobierana, gdy stan techniczny nie budzi zastrzeżeń, w tym wypadku jest inaczej.
