Loved the size of the apartment, large bathroom and beautiful design. There was tea, coffee and sugar available. Location was perfect for us, as close to family. Otherwise its a short trip to the centre. There is a park, playground and a shop nearby. We lost electricity after 10pm one night, but customer service was available and problem was solved in 10 minutes! Thank you!

Easy access, great instruction from staff explaining how to access the apartment, clean and comfortable.

Location, very quiet building, and all location, close to city centre (10-15 min walk). Flat has a nice design. easy access with lift. Big shower, comfy bed, extra duvets and pillows if you need.

The cleaning service could put some more attention, floor would need to be cleaned properly, my new slippers was black underneath after 4 days, my suitcase was on top of the wardrobe while I stayed in property, when I pulled it the dust flew on my face. The balcony has a chairs and table but nobody touches there for months. Dirt and spider webs, table and chairs will need some washing, as wiping won’t help. And shower head had a sediment, water was flowing from maybe 10 holes, so I did need to scrape off the sediment first to get some more water.
