The property is in the heart of Byron, with ways access to restaurants, bars and the beach.

It is above a row of restaurants and behind the main pub, so it’s pretty noisy. The main issue we had was that the car park is not accessible during the evening, which meant we couldn’t get our car out to drive to a concert that we were in Byron for and it ended up costing $100 in Uber fares.

Super , mitten in der Stadt . Byron Pool nur wenige Meter und Miss Margarita macht Spaß . Gute Restaurants vor der Tür . Netter Eigentümer !

A little noisey on the Saturday night but worth it for the location

This place is all about location. It sits upstairs to popular restaurants and cafes in a laneway and gets very busy. you are in the heart of the town with an easy walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and the beach is stroll across the road. Our room was a great size and very comfortable for 2 people. It says it sleeps up to 6 but i think that would be more for 6 x 20 year olds or a family of 4.

Im not sure that the unit was cleaned when we arrived. the floors and shower were covered in sand. The bathroom was dirty and not well kept. i had to sweep and buy cleaning products and clean the unit myself. All furnishings are old and outdated. Would be nice if the owner spent a little money on a new quilt cover and some throw pillows and kitchen utensils and crockery. It is supposed to sleep 6 but there are only 2 spoons and 3 forks.?? If it wasn't for the fantastic location i would have been very disappointed. It was one of the cheaper options for Byron at this time of year, but I'm not sure if it was worth the money. If you're a group of young people or not worried about the condition of the place you stay, this would be ideal as you cant beat the location. In saying that - the music from the local club doesn't stop till about midnight and the restaurants below get early morning deliveries and rubbish removal. this didn't bother us much, but if you're a light sleeper you may struggle. The entrance to the underground car park is a bit tricky and we had to call the owner for help. I recommend not taking a big car, we struggled with our 4WD ute. The unit just needs a bit of an upgrade, new cleaners and some attention to detail. It felt a bit like a back packers hostel.
