Byron Beach House

Rob was a warm and easygoing host. The location of the room is right in the heart of the town, with places to eat right at the doorstep. And the beach is a 1 minute walk away. The room itself was spacious, and functional. It had everything we needed to stay with a baby, and amenities to cook as well. The spacious balcony where we could sit in the morning sun and have breakfast was a treat. Our baby could happily walk around the room and balcony, unlike other tiny hotel rooms where there generally is no place for anything other than the furniture. Would stay here again.

Location was great, unit was very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped.

The location was the best thing for me, so close to everything plus restaurants at the doorstep, the beach a very short walk away and an easy walk to everything in town. The room is quite large, plenty of space and although old and dated, was clean and tidy. Having Netflix was a great bonus, thank you.

The noise! If you want a quiet place to stay, don't stay here! So very noisy from the music coming from the pub next door, to live music being played for the diners in the laneway, then the garbo's in the morning and much more. The wifi worked on day one then didn't work again, so very annoying. Some effort should be made to provide guests with reliable wifi. I'm not sure if the air conditioner has been cleaned but it was full of dust in the vents and then there are two portable fans in the cupboard, if you have allergies watch out, they were so clogged with dust it was just gross.

Central to town very clean everything you need in an apartment owner was great recommend this place to anyone I will definitely stay here again
