Excelente imóvel, bem equipado, tudo funciona, tudo novo (fogão, geladeira, sanduicheira e o que mais imaginar), zero sujeira, zero baratas, wi-fi é valente, localizaçào é boa, portaria 24h, pessoal educado. Além do mais, proprietário muito educado, se coloca à disposição. Mas creio que é dificil precisar dele, porque não tem nenhum susto. Atende ao que se propõe. Parabéns!

A/C only on one room For all apartment It is impossible stay on all the area of the apartment Outside at day are 90 degree And inside more of 90 Also asking for towel and they bring to me It is the only good criteria For stay ok we need stay at the room and closed de door The person en charge was a limited info and solution We stay only 2 night because it it imposible rest or slipping at other rooms We inform to booking customer service
