O apartamento é espaçoso, confortável, tem alguns utensílios básicos e eletrodomésticos, a vista é maravilhosa e é pertinho do mar. A garagem não é na avenida principal, mas na rua ao lado.

Gostei bastante do apartamento e das instalações, os móveis são bem novos, os chuveiros são bons, banheiro bem novo e confortavel, não chegamos a utilizar a piscina e nem área de jogos. Tem um restaurante/ barzinho do lado.

Se houver muitas pessoas no prédio com certeza deve ser complicado pois só tem um elevador e é mais antigo, mas no meu caso não tive problemas pois estava vazio. Teve um porteiro que foi um pouco seco quando minha filha e o namorado que são adolescentes perguntaram sobre a área de jogos. Mas tirando isto todos os outros porteiros foram muito corteses e educados.
