Cabo Roig Bellavista III

The little apartment was absolutely charming, with everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It had a lovely little terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a bit of shade when needed. The pool was peaceful and clean, offering a quiet place to unwind without the crowds. Its location was ideal too – just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area without needing a car.

Ground floor good access for our daughter who uses a wheelchair, the pool access was also good, it had everything we needed

A lot of 'visitors' during the day using facilities who were not paying customers, pool noisy when they were there

2nd time we've stayed and new mattresses were much nicer this time! Nice appt great location with everything you need apart from sharp knives! Unfortunately the tv stopped working on the first day and was not resolved and the coffee machine needs replacing as it only gets warm at best so needed microwaving after! Bellavista is a great complex with a nice although cold pool and close enough to the strip without hearing all the noise! Beach 5min walk, shops and bars 10min walk! My suggestion would be a bit of maintenance on things like front door/shutter runners, mirror in bathroom, couple of baking trays. some sharp knives and curtains that keep the light out! Hopefully be back next year for paddy's day!

Tv stopped and wasn't sorted, coffee machine doesn't heat up hot, curtains didn't stop any light at all and a little bit of maintenance needed in general!

Comfortable and clean, close to restaurants and 'the strip'. Buses to and from La Zenia and Torrevieja are pretty good. Minor negative..hot water from taps was boiling.. a double duvet in the bedroom would be better...the rear exit gate was a good shortcut, however, lock seemed faulty for the last few days.

Loved everything about this place. Georgous appartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Had everything that was needed. Great View of the Pool from our Terrace and well maintained complex. Only 5 / 7mins walk to The pubs & Restaurants on The Strip and also short walk to the Beach. The Host was so nice & very helpful. Would highly recommend Bella Vista III.
