Residenza Otello

It’s perfectly located for daily trips around the area. It was clean and cozy, just like a home. The parking was convenient and the laundry room downstairs was useful.

In the main bedroom it was quite noisy during early morning hours due to intense traffic. The kitchen could be more equipped, but it’s perfect for eating breakfast and going out to enjoy the italian cuisine.

It was comfortable, spacious, clean. The owner is helpful.

It was a bit noisy as the apartman is next to a high way. We missed the shelves from the cupboard, we could not put our clothes anywhere.

We spent four unforgettable days in Italy.  We found Apartment Otello in an impeccably clean condition, with all the accompanying equipment for a more than pleasant stay.  The rooms are comfortable, the toilet too, the kitchen is clean and my wife was especially happy with the dishwasher;-).  From this apartment it is very easy to reach the highway and there are several beautiful cities nearby that are worth visiting (Padua, Venice, Vicenza, Verona, Treviso, Sirmione (Lake Garda...). Communication with the owner is very easy, helpful for any additional questions  Apartment for every recommendation and would be happy to come back again and also recommend to our friends

The apartment is nice and clean.

The host was not prepare for our stay. We lost 2 days for settling the internet. 2 days she (the lady owner, we contact her only by whatsup, that is what she prefer, for communication)), she was trying to explain how to connect to the internet, but with no success. The problem was with the rooter, but she was convince that we can not connect because of stupidity(I guess). Finally she fix it by the end of our stay, but the speed was from her neighbor we presume, and was vary bad. Next problem: We do not have hot water all the way. We ask her several times to check and fix it, but she was so In denial, she refuse to accept that we could not have shower because of this problem. almost 3 days no hot water. The water from the gas boiler was i little hot (lukewarm)but not enough to take shower. Other problem was the key for the apartment. She ask us to leave the key always in the mail box outside, which was not even closed. There is no security code for the box, so everyone who enter the block , can take the key, and robe the apartment, Strange. The last think we did not like is the big book with rules. Rule for garbage, Rule for window, rule for this, rule for that, like in military service. We give 2 points only because apartment is vary good.
