"comfortable & relaxing"

This is a gem of a place to stay, spotlessly clean & everything you would need ( lots of coffee pods for coffee machine plus l plenty of tea bags plus a fridge with a carton of fresh milk & bottles of water) There was a tray of breakfast bakeries which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. The bathroom was well equipped with a good shower & lots of towels provided …. being only a 3 min walk to the station it’s a great location for exploring Florence

The host has my heart. He is the sweetest host I have ever come across. I like the location a little away from the city and the property was super clean. If you are traveling to Florence this stay is a must.

Everything. The room and facilities were great. I lived the personal touches of the room such as the breads. Access to the owner was easy and accessible.

The location itself is remarkable, an old house perfectly restored with taste

Probably during the renovation, new walls were made too thin and sometimes you can hear the other guest. Not a big deal though

"Authentic Italian accommodation close to Florence"

Everything was perfect: - Amazing authentic building - Perfectly equipped apartment, where you can feel, that owners are taking care of their guests - Comfortable parking - Great Location - close to railway station (trains to Florence are available every hour), nice cafe or a big mall My appreciation to owner, who was very respectful and friendly during our stay at place
