Пътувахме с влак и за нас локацията беше перфектна - на 3 минути от гарата, но в същото време тихо и спокойно. Влакът ни закъсня с един час, но домакина търпеливо ни изчака и посрещна с усмивка. Мястото за настаняване е чисто и безупречно поддържано. Има всичко необходимо. Въпреки, че нямахме закуска, домакинът се беше погрижил да имаме кафе, мляко, чай, вода и разнообразна закуска в стаята. Разполагахме с чинии, прибори за хранене, чаши за вино и тирбушон. Безплатният паркинг също е предимство за тези, които се придвижват с автомобил. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново. Благодарим!

Уютный дом, тепло! Что редкость для итальянских домов в холодное время. Замечательный, внимательный хозяин. Отличное местоположение рядом станция, 15 мин до Флоренции. Большая бесплатная охраняемая парковка во дворе дома. С удовольствием вернемся еще.

Не было стиральной машины.

Nuestra estancia en Residenza San Matteo fue perfecta! La habitación y el jardín están cuidados al detalle, se nota todo el cariño y atención que pone el propietario en hacer de su alojamiento un lugar agradable. La decoración de la habitación me gustó mucho, es muy cálida y personal, consigue que te sientas como en casa... Nosotros nos quedamos 5 noches y nos dio mucha pena tener que irnos. El trato con el propietario es muy cercano y amable, está pendiente de que no falte nada en ningún momento. La ubicación también es muy buena, ya que si viajas en coche tiene parking dentro del alojamiento y se encuentra cerca de la carretera y el tren para ir a Florencia y otros lugares. A pesar de esto, por lo general no hay ruido y se puede disfrutar del silencio y la tranquilidad.
