View and Proximity to beach and shops good , apartment entrance is road level too so no stairs which is a plus as no lifts. Tennis and BBQ area were great.

Parking availability minimal so hard when more than 1 vehicle - no street parking available either Unfortunately apartment gets No sun at all so quite cold - some days warmer out than inside , fine summer time but not winter Very aged inside, balcony doors didn’t close or seal so very noisy and when windy cold. Interior furnishings not what is advertise in booking pics. Interior very deteriorated. Linen I paid for not clean or fitted bed properly. Bit disappointed .
