"Ok, not a great value for the money though"

- 15 minute walk away from the Dicky Beach - very easy to check in - amazing view from the balcony, very comfortable terrace furniture - nicely equipped kitchen - comfortable beds and pillows - clean sheets, towels - air conditioning worked effectively - it was off season, very quite and peaceful - big parking space for one car and motorcycle - shower drains working quite well - good size for 2 families or one big family

- instructions say wash and dry all the kitchen utensils before leaving, which was ok for me since we checked out around 11. But if someone has to leave early in the morning, they will be forced to do a very quick hand wash and put everything back in the cabinets. Which explains why most of the glasses and plates were dirty-ish - any corner that is not visible was not cleaned properly, the couches need a proper clean too, dust bunnies under big furnitures - internet speed was 12 Mbps, most importantly, I asked about the internet speed twice on this app, very conveniently did not get an answer - not enough hand/kitchen towels for a long stay, it is fine for a short stay - dryer doesn’t work properly (even when the lint trap was clean) - coffee machine needs a proper descaling

This property is amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures, with stunning ocean views and a fantastic location. There are cafes, restaurants, and a beach right at your doorstep. The unit is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There are many thoughtful and considerate touches throughout. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again the next time we're in Caloundra.

There wasn’t anything not to like.
