Delightful CENTRAL Duplex - 2 Mins To Station

Excellent location next to the station, and at walking distance to city centre.

Some things should be cleaner, not enough dishes, glasses and suitable dining place.

The location would be exceptional if travelling by train. We travelled by car and found it easily.

We would have liked to have brought our small dog with us, but we booked knowing no pets were allowed so that is not the fault of the hosts.

This property is beautifully renovated, spotlessly kept and spacious enough for three people. The kitchen is well equipped and the flat includes a dishwasher and washing machine - which are both imperative for me! The queen-sized upstairs was very comfortable and my teens slept well. Instructions were very clear about garbage disposal and retrieving the keys.

Unfortunately. the walls to the adjoining flats are quite thin so the noise travels. This would be problematic if you are a light sleeper and if the neighbours are being loud. The noise level during our stay was normal household movement so not very disturbing but we could hear every movement up and down the stairs, etc. The location is fabulous if you arrive or leave by train but it is quite a trudge to the centre of Cambridge.
