Table is unstable, not easy to have lunch. The mats shoul be changed or washed The shower drain must be cleaned.

I was visiting my son, who lives 3 minutes walk away, so a perfect and quiet location! The information booklet was very clear and concise and the staff were polite, efficient and helpful.

To be fair, my rating is only low because the mattress was so uncomfortable, but when I complained, they responded immediately replaced it, as well as the bed linen. It turns out the mattress was merely upside down and this caused the discomfort. They also acknowledged my remarks about the coffee machine and cutlery tray having been overlooked by the cleaners. Overall, the property had everything I needed, and with their assurance my comments were noted, I feel confident to stay there again and to recommend it.

Very poor bathroom design. The toilet and the very tiny sink are INSIDE the shower!! This is not properly advertised in pictures. If I’d seen this I would have booked somewhere else

The host is very responsive to messages. Clear information for checking in and leaving. Many eateries nearby and the bus stop is a short walk. Our bedroom was upstairs which wasn’t very big. Hubby kept hitting his head. Cambridge is in Walking distance.

The shower/toilet. When you have a shower the toilet and toilet paper get wet so each time you have a shower everything needs to be wiped down. You are given a squeegee to use. The unit had a musty smell not sure where from maybe the shower room as door and floor always wet. We let the host know the shower had a leak which meant floor always wet and the door was very hard to close. Host was going in when we left to fix

The house's location is great for accessing the town centre by public transport. It is comfortable and nicely designed. The kitchen equipment was also good, allowing cooking.

The bathroom/toilet was not very comfortable as there was no separate shower, and inevitably, the toilet was quite wet after the shower. It was particularly difficult with a young child.

4 minutes drive from the hospital, easy free parking, very clever ‘tiny home’ set up with everything you need, clean house clean linen. Owner was very accommodating as we were booking day by day based on hospital stays and it was a godsend. Plus walk to pub and really nice wine bar opposite.
