Epicsa - Family & Corporate Stay MEWS APARTMENTS with FREE parking

The property was clean and comfortable and in reasonable walking distance of Cambridge City Centre. Very good value for money.

No complaints but a couple of observations: A bit small for 3 adults. Cooking facilities were limited. The combined toilet/shower/wet-room needs a bit of a tidy-up. Residents need to be considerate when parking at the back. A larger car/4x4 might have difficulty manoeuvring. But we managed fine for 2 nights.

Very comfortable flat. All necessary equipment and crockery. Clean linen and towels. Good beds. Easy access. There is Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby. Thank you for complimentary coffee and good shampoo.

Very high humidity. The hair drier is broken and the lock in the toilet too. But those things were not important for us.

Central location, very communicative host, free parking, nearby e-bike and e-scooter rentals, close to CoOp grocery, a pub, and take-out businesses, wine merchant directly across the street, cooking facilities worked well, laundry on-site. Very close to the train station and more facilities.

Combined shower+toilet (the whole room showers with you) is not ideal, but it did work ok. Hot water was hit-and-miss, some days it was super hot, other days it was warm at best. Beds were functional by not the most comfortable.

The accommodation was clean and in a good location.

The bathroom shower floor got very wet and slippery when you had a shower. The water did not drain away by itself. A rubber broom was provided however a better floor squidgy was needed to clean the excess water away. Parking very tight.
