,) If you do not have noise cancellation head set you can't sleep ,( problem is the parking garage ventilation very noisy out side. .) they try to steal your personal al data in a very sofisticated way ;) R750 you need to pay extra for insurance but booking.com charge already for an insurance

The location is very convenient and safe.

The main bathroom lacks a shower option (only tub). Toilets do not flush well and are very noisy. There were a few cockroaches in the kitchen area.

Location is excellent. Perfect for walking to the waterfront. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds comfortable. There is a safe too for valuable. A cleaner comes in everyday which is excellent. The company that looks after the property are very responsive.

The windows aren't the best so earplugs are needed for a good nights sleep. We didn't get a fob for the gate to enter the car park.

The place was exactly as advertised and the staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Ausi Busi and Uncle Michael). The owners offered daily cleaning services and cleaning supplies. Loved the spaciousness and that it's next to most facilities (e.g. V&A waterfront, Greenpoint stadium, Farmer's market, etc.). Additionally, we had access to a private walk way next to a harbour, where we had a nice view of the mountains and ocean. Overall, beautiful location and apartment.u

The lights of the Raddison was to much for the blinds. Dark curtains or any screen would be wonferfull.
