"I had a great stay"

One of the receptionist at the door was unwelcoming and hostile, he did not show courteous attitude. I was lost of what to do when I got to the glass door outside and he did not bother to help until I saw him from inside and he still did not see how he should have at least tried to enquire how he can help me
