Loved the view, the layout, the spacious rooms, the daily cleaning

Parking is available and secure however it’s unmarked/ dedicated

The comfort level of the apartment level was good. It was very modern.

The instructions from the guy at reception was difficult to understand. We had to use the service lift all the time. No cleaning cloth in the apartment. There was no personal handover of the apartment. Nobody checked to see if everything was all right. We were just given a telephone number.

The double storey apartment is spacious and decently furnished.

We were put in a double story apartment regardless of specifying on check-in that one guest is on a wheelchair. Slept on couches and the floor on the first night because my daughter couldn't get upstairs with a wheelchair. She couldn't shower/bath on arrival the the following morning. The second apartment that we were moved to on the second day was not clean. It seems like only bedding was changed. There was a problem with access and getting into the building. No receptionist, just security officers who barely understood and spoke English.

The TV did not work. the security / reception staff tried their best but to no avail. No TV for our 3 day stay. Unusual mini bar - 6 bottles of wine on a shelf ! below the non functioning TV

Booked the place Saturday and the money went through when we went to check in no one at the reception knows about our booking. The security was giving us a run around. Nicole the who was apparently in charge of the booking was not answering the staff called nor did she answer her emails when we emailed wanting to know where the key was and our apartment. We literally had to go check in at a hotel instead. I’m utterly disappointed.

The room service, and should also be done on weekends not only weekdays The facilities should be improved and upgraded to high quality to meet value for money 💰 paid.

the bin in the bathroom was full of dirty sanitary pads with blood, the smell was horrible when we opened the bin🤢🤮
