Arrived at the gate and taken to one side by security that called the property manager. Was told that someone should have contacted me to cancel my booking earlier in the week so we were left to search for alternate accommodation at 5pm on a Saturday. Very upsetting and unprofessional. The manager however was very competent and issued an immediate refund.

Neat and clean and convenient location. Very safe environment.

No frills in quality of furniture & fixtures. But has all the basics. Good security in the estate, it does take time getting in and out.

The appartement was quite old and a bit dirty. Very poor quality for money. We left the appartement 2 days before the end of our stay to go in a new hotel
