Disa Park 16th Floor Apartment with City Views

Once in, the apartment was as advertised--nice, roomy, clean, and safe, with a beautiful view. The 3 towers are discernible on the skyline all the way from Robbin Island. The wind howled around the building at night--maybe seasonal?--enough to wake us up a couple nights, but nevertheless we enjoyed our time there.

We had some trouble getting in on arrival, but the problem was largely due to problems with my email account on the cruise that we arrived from. The host had prepared properly, leaving keys with the security guard at the gate, but it took some doing to get the info. I'd called the number listed by Booking a few times from the port and the cab without answer. Finally found a WhatsApp msg from host, called the different number provided there, and reached a mgmt. company. They had the resident mgr walk the significant distance to the gate and get the key to let us in. Not sure what would make the check-in more foolproof--perhaps listing the management number in the booking listing instead of the number that doesn't answer?

The view is absolutely epic. From the mountain to the sea to the mountain in the other side. The flat has everything one needs for a short stay, the bed is comfortable, and did I mention the view? Really enjoyed the pool. Liked the toilet being separate from the shower room.

The shower pressure, the stairs it temperature, and the fiddly hand shower. But the bathroom is great otherwise.

Nothing not to like

The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the apartment was very clean. Excellent view of the city. All the amenities one could need for personal or business travel. Each bed has a 3 prong and 2 x 2 prong plugs, one of which is the round one. The plugs are also wall sockets and not some extension cord. Even swimming towels were provided, something very few properties offer. Small touches like soft close cabinets and drawers were very much appreciated. The property looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description accurately.

The apartment can become quite warm and could definitely be a problem in very warm months like February; however, ceiling fans are installed.The walls are also thin, which does mean that you can hear your neighbours from time to time, not that anybody was abnoxiously loud and the building was quiet later at night usually after 9/10 pm. Earplugs were also provided if that is something that you would prefer to use.

The endless views of the city and the mountain and Lion's head, Spacious, clean, light, responsiveness of the host Quiet and peaceful After hearing other people's reviews on wind noise, I was concerned that I might not sleep, I'm a light sleeper. The wind wasn't an issue Cleaning service was provided on the 7th day of our stay which was quite nice The lift is very fast going to 16th floor which was refreshing, I was worried about this. Everything was provided small items like plugs and multiple plugs were abundant.

The shower is quite small, very small.

Location was great! Close to many shops and restaurants. Easy to find the property and Uber drivers come up to your door!
