Mid Century Modern Central Upper City

El personal de la agencia Moyo que es quienes llevaban todo el tema de los alquileres de los apartamentos fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Tuvimos un problema con el primer apartamento que alquilamos. Por la noche había un ruído ensordecedor de un club nocturno cercano. Imposible dormir ahí. Pedimos un cambio de apartamento y el personal de Moyo Apartments nos ayudaron y cambiaron a un apartamento tranquilo y superior a lo que habíamos pagado. Fueron muy resolutivos. Y la verdad es que se lo agradecimos mucho. después de haber pasado dos noches sin pegar ojo, pudimos por fin descansar.

Nuestro apartamento inicial estaba detrás justo de un club nocturno que está abierto toda la noche y con la música altísima. La calle en la que está el bloque de apartamentos es tranquila y segura, pero está justo paralela a Long Street, una calle, que si bien está llena de restaurantes y cafeterías, también está llena de personas sin hogar: En cada esquina te encuentras a alguien que te sigue y pide dinero. No me pareció una zona nada segura para pasear una vez se ha puesto el sol. Y en invierno se pone a las 17:30, por lo que a partir de esa hora, mejor no pasearse por ahí.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The decor was fun, well-balanced, and modernly furnished, making it a cozy retreat. What really made it stand out was its proximity to the city hubs and busy streets, with tons of fun activities and attractions within easy reach. We loved being able to explore the town and all it had to offer. Highly recommend!

While we loved our stay, there were a couple of small things that could make it even better. A towel rack in the bathroom would be a great addition, especially for longer stays. Additionally, the oven could benefit from some clear instructions or a quick tutorial on how to use it. A notice in the kitchen or a brief guide would be super helpful for guests who want to cook their own meals. Overall, though, these are minor quibbles, and we'd definitely stay here again!

The apartment is modern with nice paintings on the wall. They have basic kitchen items which was great. The location was perfect for sight seeing activities

The bed was squicky, the room was hot, granted the host had provided some fans but they ended up being too noisy. The rooms are not cleaned daily, I may have overlooked this but it would be great to have such services

Getting the keys were fine but it was a but difficult to open lock box, even to close it. The code was used but I struggled to pull down some black lever thingy. I almost broke my nails struggling with the lock box.

The accommodation was good and we enjoyed our stay, our only issue was the noise at night from the clubs on Long Street. Literally every night, we had to compete with the loud music that went into the morning hours for 7 days. It was an absolute nightmare and we didn't expect that. Also, please consider washing the carpet and couch regularly for guests who may be asthmatic like me.
