Great security getting into the building and lovely spacious bathroom Loved how soundproof the room was

The sheets were dirty, the fan doesn’t work properly and the room gets quite hot- even a regular standing fan would work better. Note- It’s a studio not a one bedroom apartment

No aircorn but thw apartment had a fan..would help greatly if it was aircorn

Property looks cute.

Quite a lot: 1. Location not desirable, literally a street away from Long Street and just behind the busiest Night Clubs. It’s impossible to sleep from 9pm until 2am. 2.The apartment is not well ventilated. Very difficult to breathe, only one round window. The fan is not enough to have it in cooling (only mode to not have it loud and noisy), otherwise you have it with fan on and it’s loud. First and second day, the fan emitted a smell like something was being fried. Until I figured out that it required water. And had to put in about 2 litres of water. And the smell disappeared. I was mostly nauseas when in the room for the first 2 days. 3. The toilet smells of urine, and need to be cleaned. No light bulb in the bathroom (toilet ans shower combined) and the extractor is the most irritating thing ever. 4. Request, please include a wine opener as one definitely needs wine to get through the days here. 5. The key collection system is weird. And security guards are not the friendliest. 6. Parking is only available on prior arrangement, i had to park on the street until I contacted agent, who swiftly arranged. Not pleasant couple of nights spend. I would have loved to check out after the 1st night. But, would have lost my money. Apartment is probably ideal for youngsters, who won’t spent time indoors.

Beautiful space. Everything you need. Location is perfect. An absolute pleasure dealing with the host. Clear instructions ahead of time for check in and check out. Seamless stay. Thank you.

It was very clean. It has everything that one might need. Generally we were happy about everything
