The Village Apartments

Great situation close to beach, shops and restaurants with views of mountains and sea from spacious balcony.

It was very clean comfortable and spacious with the added bonus of a washing machine

The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a Sun bed and a Braai but the place was excellent

we ate outside

if there was a place to eat inside

I liked the fact that we were informed in advance that the keys will be left in the locker but the all experience on self-check in especially when you land at night with bags and little children is not funny. Even with load shading it doesn't help the situation at all. i had to ask our uber driver to help us with the bags coz the lift was not working given that power was off. we liked the fact that there were anumber of resturants and shops in walkable distance.

The property is so far away from the city which made transportation to the different sites very expensive. This property needs someone who is not going to frequent the city but rather just sit and enjoy the beach. Also the fact that they are not serviced apartments gives a lot of work to the guest to always do the cleaning themselves. it would be great if they can get cleaning services even if they are at a small cost incorporated in the rent so that the guests can come back to a clean place all the time.
