Internet was not very stable.

The unit itself was nice and the location was good

The host was extremely rude. I made the booking 2 weeks in advance, but it was only AFTER payment was taken that the host gave us extra information regarding load shedding. Because of my learning disability, I find it very hard to use apps and moniter power shortages. I explained this to the host and asked for a refund so I could check into a place with a back up generator. But she blankly refused to understand my situation. She even said 'this is not my fault, I am at peace with my decision'. And then, she marked my booking as cancelled so that I could not leave a review. I stayed for 8 nights and paid for the full 13 nights. Deceitful and rude. Never stay here.

The overall aspects of the facility were great. Nice location 5 min walk to the mall, excellent security in the building, very clean and friendly owner.

The location was perfect and the apartment was neat

I was given one roll of toilet paper for a one week stay. Furthermore, when I arrived there was 9 units of electricity left and the electricity box was beeping loudly because it needed to be topped up. I can’t understand why the host wouldn’t ensure that these things were attended to before my arrival.

friendly staff, convenient, safety for our car, everything we need was close by and the place is beautiful.

The procedure in checking out….the manner in which it is carried out….. checking if nothing I broken or taken from the place….🙄
