"It was not clean. Roaches everywhere"

The location was fair. Quite a few homeless people wandering around.

There were cockroaches everywhere. I killed over 20 I’ve them in one morning alone. All over the bathroom, the living room and the lounge area. The iron wasn’t working, I told them about it. They didn’t do anything about it despite them saying the would.

"Terrible , cockroach infested with broken things"

The decor

am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the apartment and the overall experience. While I acknowledge that responses to reported issues were relatively prompt, the condition of the apartment was entirely unacceptable and, in my view, could not have been unknown to your business. The level of cockroach infestation was alarming, to the extent that they were present even in the beds. This is a serious hygiene and health concern. In addition, several basic facilities were in a state of disrepair. The microwave was broken, with the door barely attached. One of the chairs was damaged to the point of being unsafe, posing a real risk of injury to anyone who might unknowingly use it. There was also a persistent drainage issue from the apartment above, with water discharging onto the stoep, creating a foul smell and a slipping hazard. I personally nearly slipped twice. To be candid, the only reason I proceeded with the stay was due to budget constraints and the fact that our primary accommodation was only available from the 31st. I had no real alternative, despite travelling with my unwell mother, which made the situation even more distressing. What is particularly disappointing is that, despite these conditions, there has been no indication of any form of compensation or acknowledgement of the severity of the experience. This is simply unacceptable given the standard of accommodation that was provided relative to what was paid. My mother also spent time waiting at reception and observed other guests cancelling their stays and raising similar complaints about their rooms, which further reinforces the concern that these issues are widespread. I am seriously considering sharing this experience publicly, including on Booking.com and other platforms, to ensure that others are fully aware of the conditions. This experience was deeply disappointing and falls far below any reasonable standard

There was a weird smell and there was so much mold It was not clean Some of the things displayed in the pictures on the website are a lie There was dust and cockroaches Getting to the apartment is not easy, especially if you have a lot of bags, you takes stairs until you get there We landed and slept there for a few hours then booked a hotel for the rest of our stay.

We arrived at our place, we very unhappy with the service. We had no tag to proceed to parking and on top of that we arrive at our apartment there are mini cockroaches and no mirrors in both rooms. Also we have no table and chairs outside. But our main concern are the cockroaches and mirrors.our room was not ready when we arrived , as the cleaner was still busy , the bathroom still had mold on the roof

Good morning Im requesting a refund as the apartment is not what was advertised. It was far from new and severly warm and neglected. There is alot of mould and even draws into our clothes. There are cockroaches. It wa so severe that we had to vacate shortly after checking in and could not stay the full term. Kindly get back to me as this matter requires urgent attention.

The shower was good.

The place is cockroach infested, when we got there, the place smelt damp and musty, probably due to the couches that were cleaned just before we got there and didn't dry. The couches and pillows were all wet. The extractor fan in the toilet doesn't work. There was no sugar or coffee.
