Location was perfect for where we wanted to be

Not a guesthouse, apartments. Musty mildew smell. Cold shower, dirty toilet and mouldy shower. Wet carpet. Checked out after 1 night and booked into a hotel

The location was fantastic for our needs - close to Newlands and Kelvin Grove and restaurants. Room was clean tidy neat with extra lounge area. Parking was secure. The room is mostly private and the grounds are sevure

Bed very comfortable and host very friendly.

Guest in upstairs apartment woke us up at 5am on their departure. No insulation between upstairs and downstairs
